Details are as follows: 4.Certificates includes: Business license; house proprietary certificate or lease contract ; export license, bank basic account and collecting account; identity certificate of legal person and principal responsible person ; other important documents and procedure documents of the factory.5. Scale includes: the occupied area of the factory, the number of staff, the number of office personnel, the storage capacity, etc. PSI/FRI(Pre-Shipment Inspection) 1. The Pre-Shipment Inspection refers to an inspection carried out by the all the goods are produced and packed completely. 2. By conducting a sampling test in accordance with the AQL standard, the problem points are counted and an overall assessment of the quality of the goods is made. 3. The Pre-Shipment Inspection includes: quantity check, workmanship check, product size and weight, product performance parameters, product color, outer carton size and weight, various labels and LOGO, etc. 4. Once the inspection is completed, a report will be issued to client and a reference comment will be given about if the goods can be shippedThis inspection can serve as a powerful reference for you to judge the quality of the whole batch of productsCLC(Container Loading Check) 1. Container Loading Check is to supervise the container loading process when the factory shipping the goods. It can effectively avoid loading incorrect goods, or incorrect quantity, short or over shipment. 2. Container Loading Check includes: to check whether the quantity meets the requirements of the client, whether the loaded products are correct, whether the container has holes or serious rust; whether the product and the outer carton will be damaged during the loading process. The inspection continues until the container is fully loaded and locked with the shipping company seal.DPI(During Production Inspection) 1. To carry out the during production check when the goods are 30% finished. 2. This inspection can find out whether the factory has problems and deficiencies in the production process. Help the factory to improve the production process, strengthen the quality control, and truly reflect the production progress and quality of goods. 3. The inspection process includes: quantity check, workmanship check, if product sizes and other parameters meet the requirements. 4.
